Commission working alongside Heatherwick Studio to create a visual representation of the essence and feel of Bombay Sapphire gin for their showpiece distillery. Working with vitreous enamel, the process involves building a depth to the piece of work and continuously flowing the artwork across 17 separate unique shaped bar tops with 8 removable inserts to allow for up to 4 cocktail stations to be used at one time. The bar unused is a continuous journey of sapphire at the heart of the Mill Bar. In use the cocktail display blending artwork with bar practice seamlessly.
